And way to go with C25K!! I did the program, too- I couldn't run/jog for 20 seconds I think before that. Now I can go for over an hour (at least on cooler days) but I'm very slow and I don't care. I added about 3&quot; length on my XYT tops, But actually I really like the idea of adding a band on the bottom, too. I never considered that before.
